Workouts in the Park is a free summer fitness series bringing the community together for fun, high-energy outdoor workouts. Open to all fitness levels, it’s a chance to get active, build healthy habits, and connect with others in a positive, supportive environment.

Earn Your Taco Tuesday: A high-intensity circuit training workout designed to challenge you and build strength, with modifications available for all fitness levels.

Game Night: A playful, high-energy workout built around games, challenges, and friendly competition. Move, laugh, and sweat while turning fitness into fun.

HIIT Cardio Class by Tranquility Yoga (Michaela): Get ready to move in this high-energy, bodyweight-only HIIT class that swaps heavy weights for explosive, heart-pumping movements. It’s all about fast-paced intervals and a fun, beat-driven atmosphere that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Dance Party: A beat-driven workout that mixes simple dance moves with fitness. No experience needed—just show up, move, and have fun.
